An Inaugural Post written 6 years ago

Hullo!

This is the inaugural post to my online web-site thinger. I decided to create myself a semi-proper web-presence thing, mainly so i can goof around with web things.

Chances are I’ll never actually update this, and it’s relevance as an online “journal” will be minimal. None the less at least I can say I have one, and partake in the geekier variety of conversations.

As it currently stands this place is lacking a proper name. At the minute I’ve got the traditional Robert Innes “sennir” logo up there, but I’m not sure whether I like that as a name for the place. As synonymous as it is with the Robert Innes brand, I don’t reckon it will stay.

Also, I’ve yet to find a nice place to host this nice website. Somewhere free would be good, but without the yucky banners that some webhosts insist on putting atop all webpages. (Like the host that this site is currently hanging around on..). I can assure you that the currymile reference is temporary.

Everything infront of you has been hand crafted by my own fair hands. Except the tool used to markup, or markdown? the text. This is currently done quite nicely by a php port of Markdown that I found whilst traversing the interweb.

Anyway, here it is, Woo.
