More Firefox Irritation written 5 years ago
So you’re browsing away, say 20 odd tabs open, each one delicately choosen.
You use your mouse to middle click on a tab.. argh, you accidentally miss, and click 5 pixels north of where you intended. Unfortunately: it was one of those magic live bookmarks, and your collection of 20 or so precious tabs has been replaced with 50 tabs full of todays news.
The back button is no good, and yes the sites are in the History somewhere, but digging them out would take more effort than it’s worth. You just have to accept Firefox has ruined that session.
Bad Firefox.

saysWow, I have never done that! I think Firefox should come with a “Do’s, Don’ts and Rob’s mishaps” guide just in case

saysAh, turns out it’s just a peculiarity of my Fx install. Still pisses me off you need to clean your profile so often.

saysBah, that’s a rather tame browsing session for me. It’s not Rob’s PC unless Fx is gobbling up all the memory.
