OGG, M4A, AAC, MP3 Music Transcoder written 4 years ago
Something I created a while back to ease copying music to my MP3 player was a quick and dirty script to transcode all sorts of music files into MP3 format. Over the past year or two i’ve been refining it, and I decided to tweak it a little more and make it available on here, in the hope it might be useful to someone.
The script converts OGG, FLAC, M4A files into MP3s, of any desired bitrate. This is useful if your fancy shmancy phone will only play MP3s, or only has a small amount of memory.
