saysSurely you remember the time I came to Manchester and ended up sitting on the floor of a Virgin Train next to a blocked toilet?? I did tell u, I got a five pound off voucher in the post after I complained. On the whole, the newer trains are very nice, with the Virgin radio and heating that works; but the older trains tend to be smaller, overcrowded and lacking one single working toilet. To be honest, I can think of much worse cough cough First Capital Connect xxx
