Weee!

Yesterday me and mine sister went to the Green Day gig at Milton Keynes, and I’ve got to say it was ace!

The day was mostly spent getting drunk/sunburnt/dozing off whilst waiting for the bands to appear. But it was a beautiful day, and I couldn’t think of a better way to have spent it.

• Hard Fi Was a new band to me, they sounded good, but not quite my taste.

• Taking back Sunday : I can’t remember a bloody thing about this band. I wonder where I was when they were on..

• Jimmy Eat World were ace! All the good songs, and I was singing along to all of them. I gotta go see these guys at a gig of their own.

• Green Day Were just the same as every other time I’ve seen them, awesome. It’s only a shame that we had to leave a little early.

They tell me that the gig is being replayed on Radio 1 tonight, so i might break out the old C90’s and do some old fashioned tape recording!
