Fitting it all in written 10 months ago
It seems like a whole lot of life now seems to revolve around various bits of internet functionality, whereas previously we all might have just gone and gotten a cup of tea. I’m still drinking tea, so when am I meant to be posting to twitter, writing on my blog or poking people on facebook?
I’ve always been something of an internet nerd, but also a little obsessive about these things I end up trying to ingest as much of it as I can, much at the peril of say work, sleep or food. But it just seems nowadays that there’s just so much of it about that it’s getting quite impossible to chew up as much of it as I’d like.
Another curiosity is that it’s quite obvious I can go without being online for weeks and still be a perfectly functioning human being, still happy in my own little world that has no knowledge of what Stephen Fry had for breakfast.
I guess I just need to work out what’s good, and what’s not - and spend the rest of my time writing drivel on here!
