Hullo. I'm Rob and I made this.

Timetables are complicated things. I wanted to make it a little easier. So I did :)

Note, this timetabling device should not be relied upon to make super-accurate timetables! I tried my best to make it correct, and in most cases it should be. However, there will always be some situations that will turn up wrong results. For this reason I suggest you still go through the rigmorole of looking at your official timetable, to see if the two match up. If you don't, it will be your fault when you miss a lecture.

Your URL is the address of your standard issue CS timetable. You should go to CS dept. Timetable page and copy the URL for your timetable.

Enter the courses you have registered with below. This should be the full version, which is 6 characters long. For example CS2411 . If you put something in that's not six characters long, bad things will happen. Please put something that is six characters long.

If you are in a specific lab group for a module, enter it in the box. Leaving the box blank will display the labs for all of the groups for that course. If you are registered for multiple lab groups (for whatever reason) enter all the lab group letters.

If you fancy, give a nice name for the module in the "name" box. This should be something to easily identify the module, should you happen to forget which jumble of numbers corresponds to which module.

The timetable you produce will be coloured according to the colours indicated here. If you have a Javascript enabled browser, the square to the right will display your currently selected colour. If you're against colour, or just don't like things to look like they were aimed at a 3 year old, enter #FFFFFF into the boxes. Also, entering something other than a hex code will cause bad things to happen. Please put the # in too.

To reduce clutter, this thingy tries to remove as many duplicate entries as possible. This might have some unexpected results.

For reference, The following order of preference is used, Lectures > Labs > Examples. That is, if you have an examples class scheduled when you also have a lecture scheduled, the lecture is chosen over the examples class. Rob
